Hi All,
Hello i'm new here, team november 2018
I am starting this thread so we can discuss
pregnancy and all the joys, anticipation, expectation and all aspects of this beautiful time in a woman's life.
At times pregnancy can be very difficult and may even become life threatening, when conditions such as pre-eclamsia,gestational diabetes, Incompetent cervix, PPROM etc. So lets use this space to discuss all aspects of this process.

Nothing in relation to pregnancy is off limits, lets share our experience and support each other in a caring respectful way. Doctors can only give so much advice, but i know first hand peer support is equally important.

So lets start talking!

Below are a list of ladies that have included their delivery dates, lets keep them in mind by praying and meditating and sending them positive energy, I will update the list reguarly, just include the month you are due. I will also update once you confirmed you have delivered. This will allow ladies to see others that are due around the same time as themselves and perhaps you may find a pregnancy "buddy". Its not a must that you include this info to join the thread, we welcome everyone.

Keep on giving thanks and rejoicing that it is done. Remove worry, when worry comes begin to praise God and thank him.

I'd say you wait it out and if its still doesn't show, say after 8 weeks you can do a PT. I'm sure ms would have hit you before than if positive.

Please those that had successful VBAC, did any of you have big babies? Like upto 4kg, I'm yet to make up my mind tho I have gotten a date for my ELCS but I want to see if i can try vaginal delivery.
Baby was 3.78kg as at last week

I had a successful VBAC . Baby weighed 3.8kg

Dr don't advise big babies for VBAC moms cos of the pressure on the uterus.

Voucher, type VBAC on the search bar. Something should pop up.
I know I did but my baby was less than 3.5kg at 40 weeks
Lioha did too but I'm not sure how big her baby was.
You may need to do some digging as most VBAC moms might not be online to answer you.

My DD weighed 3.8kg

Awww, congrats...did you get a tear nd how long were you in labor pls? I will be going to the hospital tomorrow to see my doctor nd check baby's weight too..I don't know if I should just hold on and fall into labor or just have a repeat CS embarassed

I think baby will be upto 4kg now

Mine returned 4 weeks after the miscarriage and I conceived in the next cycle.
I advise you add vit e to your supplements. Mumsie and another midwife friend says it helps your hormone to reset after miscarriage.

Congrats to all mamas that have put to bed. May God bless our little angels. Sabi mamas i Don come again with my questions,make una no tire for me. Since I took in I have not had a major vomiting session. My Sis was asking me if I have vomited that green bitter substance and was confused. The only time I throw up is when am brushing my tongue and it's not much n definitely not green but a bit bitter. Is it an issue that I didn't get to see it? On a happy note,we r 9 weeks 4 days today. Alhamdulillah cheesy

When I had miscarriage.My doctor told me that my period will return d following cycle.And it did return exactly a month after the procedure.

I am asking because the clothes from my first baby are still very new though used, and I want to know if I can still wear same for this next baby immediately he or she is born
Note : buying a new set for the new baby is not a problem but I have a full big Ghana must go bag of clothes used by my first baby.

For me, my 2 kids had a particular sleepsuit they wore at birth. Choi! I so Much love that sleep suit cos its so cute and tiny so I always pack it in my hospital bag.

OK ma, thanks a million, because I thought it's compulsory a new born must wear brand new cloth at birth, I didn't want to buy any cloth now at all when I have a full bag of clothes from my first child which are still very new.
