This is to inform 2018 Batch "B" Prospective Corps Members that Name Correction on your dashboard is available and on going.
You are to login to your dashboard and request for correction of spelling mistakes and rearrangement of your names. Contact your Institutions to write NYSC for Omission, Addition or Removal of Names. Note that Abbreviation of Name is not accepted.
This is necessary to ensure that your Certificate of
National Service do bear a wrongly spelt name.

Sorry to interupt you, when i did my regularization, there was an Abbreviation on my last name tho I've been using that name format since Waec ND and HND ..

I've recently submitted my regularization form my school asked me to write the abbreviated name in full on my slip while writing my name i did so.. i hope this won't bring me problems in the future during nysc.

NYSC STRATEGIZES FOR 2018 BATCH 'B' ORIENTATION COURSE
The National Youth Service Corps has restated its readiness for the smooth conduct of 2018 Batch 'B' Orientation Course.
The Director-General, Brigadier General Suleiman Kazaure stated this today during a management meeting with all State Coordinators and Camp Commandants held at the Directorate Headquarters, Abuja.
During the meeting, Kazaure urged the State Coordinators, especially the newly appointed ones, to ensure good working relationship with all Camp Officials including other stakeholders and also adhere strictly to the Orientation timetable.
He said there was the need to exhibit high level of decorum in the discharge of their statutory assignments adding that any staff that works at variance with the Scheme's core values will be sanctioned.
Speaking further, the Director-General urged the State Coordinators to sensitise their host State Governments and other critical stakeholders to live up to their statutory obligations to the Scheme in order to make the Orientation Camps habitable.
"Management will note and encourage State Coordinators who make giant strides towards the successful execution of the Orientation Course and those found to be working at variance with the Scheme's core values will be sanctioned", General Kazaure said.
The Director-General also informed the State Coordinators to take note of the current issues and policies of the Scheme and work towards projecting the positive image of the Scheme to its publics.
He added that no sick Corps Member must be allowed to stay in the Camp Clinic for more than twelve hours while those with complicated or critical illness should be referred to tertiary health facilities for proper medicare.
General Kazaure also admonished the State Coordinators to ensure that basic drugs are available at the Camp Clinics while they liaise with the State Ministries of Health and other relevant stakeholders to improve on the availability of drugs.
"Senior Medical Personnel from the nearest Federal Tertiary Health Institutions must be on camp throughout the duration of the exercise in order to handle all cases of illness".
"l urge you to encourage the Corps Members to report to the Camp Clinic and disclose their true health conditions for effective management", Kazaure added.
In her welcome address, the Director, Planning, Research and Statistics, Mrs Bose Okakwu appealed to the State Coordinators and Camp Commandants to review previous Orientation Courses and use the meeting to put in place a mechanism that will facilitate the achievement of Management's policy direction for the 2018 Batch "B" Orientation Course.

ATTENTION 2018 BATCH "B" PCMs
2018 Batch "B" Prospective Corps Members with disparity on the Course of Study uploaded online by their Institution and that of the Statement of Result, should apply for Correction of Course of Study on their dashboard.
You will NOT be allowed to register in the Orientation Camp if the Course of Study uploaded online is different from the Course on your Statement of Result.
Kindly note that your Institution are to effect the Correction.

if you can do a change of name please do, I had to do a change of name because I had initials in my names and I wouldn't know if that could hold you down but I heard it could, so prevention is better than cure, just do it so they don't delay you

I am a foreign student nd i am asked to upload evaluation letter,d country i school is quite far.
Last year my cousin dat graduated from same school as mine served nd 2 of my friend av served this year nd they were not required to post evaluation letter.
Even my friend dat registered on Tuesday has seen call her call up letter.
