Wired landlines won't work in Nigeria.
The underground cables doesn't even work as it ends in this loop:

A. Dig the soil and spoil good roads
B. Install your Fibre optic cables
C. Government exhume the cables while (if) repairing the road.
D. Goto A.

cheesy cheesy

false, there are no differences between data from network providers and data from third party data sellers.. Please check how you use your data.
Because we buy in bulk from the same data providers

Have you taken into account the millions in the towns and villages who do not use smartphones?
they aren't talking about smartphones, They are talking about unique telephone subscribers.

93 million unique subscribers.

If 100 million people have phones in nigeria, Its safe to assume that another 50 - 60 million people don't have.........Thus it places our population at around 150 - 160 million people.

The remaining 40 to 50 million that made Nigeria's population to be 200 million are non-existent. Do the Math.

As for smartphones, There are less than 25 million smartphones in Nigeria.
