I have followed elections over the years and whenever there is dispute the aggrieved party present their evidence even on national TV. You will see someone come with results he or she think is the correct one with arguments for or against.

But all I hear from PDP so far is just that "they have evidence" and at the "right time" they will reveal.
Now, I saw this topic of "Ekiti Election: PDP Nwc Gets Hard Facts" I clicked at once to see the facts only to read the same thing they have been saying from day 1.

I watched Channels TV the day after the elections and Chamberlain asked a PDP man what evidence do they have that the result is not the accurate one and all he said is that it is a secret. Wtf ?

The only evidence they have is 30k security men, vote buying and SG arrest. This cannot make a judge cancel any elections.
As far as am concerned, locking out agents in LG collation center can not be proved..Those agents does not have phones? Until now I have not seen any picture or video of any agent locked out.

Oga,the supreme court doesnt cancel guber polls,only lower courts do.amechi case was based on disqualification at the party primaries.from what i saw during the 2015 guber cases,the supreme court justices have all agreed not to upturn any election.

Ekiti Guber: PDP NWC Gets Hard Facts, Reconfirms That INEC Doctored Results

The National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in a crucial meeting Tuesday night received and reviewed all facts relating to the July 14, 2018 Ekiti state governorship election.

After a thorough examination of all hard facts the NWC reconfirms that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) doctored the result of the election to favour the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The NWC notes that apart from huge discrepancies between the actual votes cast at the polling centres and the results released by INEC, there are evidence that INEC pulled down the original result from its data base to accommodate the alterations.

The NWC also has evidence indicating that the original result was in favour of the PDP candidate, Prof. Kolapo Olusola-Eleka before the figures were altered.

The NWC after very exhaustive examination of all facts reconfirms that the PDP candidate, Prof. Kolapo Olusola Eleka, clearly won the July 14, 2018 governorship election.

The NWC therefore calls on the leadership of INEC to immediately correct their results, apologise to the people of Ekiti state and be ready to admit their falsifications before the tribunal so as to return our mandate which was stolen at 'gun point' on July 14.

Enjoy your stay there and make sure you pay your lawyers. I remember the PDP lawyers of 2015 was never paid and they nearly gave us countless sleepless nights. Please you guys should be guided this time.
