Who doesn't know the Russians, Ukrainians, Bulgarians...and India are littered with sophisticated hackers? Thing however is that as Nigerians we shouldn't concern ourselves with what those cyber criminals out there are doing because their crimes do not in any way affect us. We should rather concern ourselves with the nefarious actions of the so-called 'Yahoo boys' in and outside Nigeria because the negative effects of their crimes have made the world to view every Nigerian as a potential criminal.
