you will put your website at risk when you use nulled themes / any premium theme offered free of charge on websites apart from the theme authors original-website.

You dont know what the website owner of the randomly-free-premium theme wants to achieve by the "Free offer", which in most cases isn't free afterall. Most times, malicious code is added to the theme, which you wont know about. Details about your website, file structure, passwords, etc could be sent back to the source - where you downloaded the free theme from.

If at all you are looking for free themes, get them from the original theme author website.
