Now, remove the insult from your post and mention me and lets talk intelligently. Can you do that?

Hey Peabrain, from where I come from, we argue intelligently by hbringing out facts and figures to buttress our point. I just gave you 5 reasons I strongly feel Madam Ngozi deserves some respect from good for nothing low lives like you. You either counter my 5 reasons by setting your facts or you are a Buffoon I said you are.

Even in the most lowest organisation that Madam Ngozi has served, the status she held, her weekly salary can feed your entire village for a year. Give her some respect.

Point of correction, Madam Ngozi complained bitterly about the way the govt was spending the monies the year before election. At a point it was almost like she was against the govt in her outcries.

Why cant we respect this woman for all her achievements. That we don't like the govt she served doesn't rubbish her personality or credentials.
Ironically, the very day she ceased to be working for Nigeria, many international organizations were begging her to come on board.
To tell you the truth, Buhari should have hand picked Ngozi, the then Minister of Agriculture ( Now President of ADB) and some good ministers under Jonathan to serve in his cabinet.
But Buhari sees himself as the only holy man, every other person is a thief.

Lol.

You guys are hilarious.

She was minister of finance for 6years, what exactly did she to the economy during that time that made it go into depression in 2015/2016?

Anyway, believe whatever you want to believe. It's your life. I'm done arguing with you.

You can hide your head in the sand because she's Igbo but then bring out your head from the sand when it's another tribe.

I could give you more links to credible sources about how she ruined the Nigerian economy but why bother?

You are like a fly that has decided to follow the corpse into the grave. So be it.

Just so you understand, she's not going to give you a penny for defending her here.

This post is all about Ngozi Okonjo Iweala and unless she brought recession in 1984 then I don't see the bearing.

Most of you weren't even born in 1990 and yet you'll come here and be asking who brought recession in 1984.

You think recession is something that suddenly just happens or someone just brings it in a suitcase?

O ga o.

If madam puffpuff cheeks did her job well as coordinating minister of the economy for 6 years when Nigeria was earning up to $120/barrel, even if all Buhari did after that was to open the doors of the Central Bank for all the thieves in the country, Nigeria shouldn't have slipped into recession barely a year after that.

Nwokem wedge it dia! What was all that tripe about white a supremacist agenda and her being rewarded for a job well done? And who says it is all about her being Igbo? She is an intelligent, hardworking woman in her own right so peddling that crappy narrative is a really sick thing to do. You see how the economy has been ruined by the current handlers yet somehow it's her fault because some deadbeat president and his appointees couldn't do their jobs correctly? Good thing you dislike and despise this current government and rightly so. However, where is your derision for the one that first appointed her and brought her to carry out western agenda as you claim? As he's a yoruba man and you have somehow brought that up as some talking point and bragging right, where is the supposed objectivity u try so poorly to lay claim to?

If you cannot be genuinely happy for her then at least keep shut and stop peddling dirty tales you cannot begin to substantiate!

You and I surely have different definitions for the word intelligent and I'm not sure you would recognize it even if it was smacking you right in the face.

Yeye. Intelligent my brown ass. You were appointed as the COORDINATING MINISTER OF THE ECONOMY of your country yet all you can give are lame excuses that the governors did this and did that.

Your government earned one of the largest revenue from oil since the amalgamation of this country in 1914 yet not only did you leave the treasury less than you met it, for the first time in Nigeria's history the Federal government had to borrow money to pay workers' salaries.

Not only that, just months after you left office Nigeria slid into a terrible recession.

All these and you still think your madam is intelligent?

Oh, she was hardworking alright. Working hard to ruin Nigeria for her imperialist masters.

I don't expect you to see it. You can only have a narrow and parochial world view. It's who you guys are and I've come to realize that.

I don't blame you really. Which kind of person will come and defend a grossly corrupt administration on a public forum if not an unintelligent being.

All you guys think about is tribe. That's why y'all are so notoriously clannish.

You can never condemn evil especially when it is found in your tribe or it concerns money.

You guys fly off the handle like possessed persons whenever fraud, graft, public corruption and crime are identified among your people.

I don't know what gives you that mentality that you lot are perfect? I am short of words really.

Go on treads that deal with drug smuggling and you'll see them saying stuff like, at least it's better than skull mining bla bla bla. Condemn evil, at least once in your life the. It won't kill you.

Obasanjo is an agbaya. He is one of those that ruined this country and I hope he pays dearly for that. Now, how many Igbo leaders can you say the same about?

Madam, abeg park well.
My friend free your mind from hate. From your post so far I can see you hate this woman. That woman is an asset to Nigeria, our only problem is greed and favouritism. Did you ever take the time to read her book? She revealed so many secrets about our crook politicians. Imagine senators insisting on not adjusting their pay package even when the economy was bleeding.
And as for being inteligent, and hardworking if Ngozi is not a perfect example. Then please educate me.Before inviting her to this shit hole of a country she was a managing director at world bank. And even after she left the shit hole. She is now with twitter. None is perfect, But Ngozi remains an asset to Nigeria. It may sound like hate to you, but it's not.

If there's something that is most repulsive, it is incompetence.

How can she manage the economy of a country for close to 6 years with oil price at it's highest in forever and

1. You left the national Treasury far less than you inherited

2. You aided and abetted wanton corruption in the administration you led.

3. Barely a year after leaving office, the nation went straight into recession.

Look, there's no magic about it, she is very culpable. The best she could have done was to resign.

Most people don't realize that she want just the finance minister, she was the coordinating minister for the economy, a prime minister so to speak.

We all knew Jonathan was a figurehead.

Anybody can write book and claim anything. She's just fortunate that her country is a banana republic and the minds of the youths there are like akamu.

Ask yourself, why was the Central Bank governor, Lamido Sanusi fired by Jonathan? 18billion dollars strolled leisurely out of the CBN during Okonjo Iwela's time and we keep hailing her as a hero.

Heck, I'd have more confidence in Chukwuma Soludo as finance minister than this Western imperialist puppet.

It's not about tribe. But unfortunately we can't tell ourselves the truth because of tribal differences.

People from the eastern part of the country think because the oyinbo man is giving her awards and rewarding her with jobs so she must have done a great job in Nigeria.

Facts are on ground. Check them yourself.

She's a villain and not a hero and it's got nothing to do with her tribe.

I don't hate her, I despise her. The same level at which I despise Jonathan and Deziani.
