please, I need a one bedroom flat for rent from kubwa to dakwa areas with water and constant light. my budget 200k. thanks

I doubt if 200k can rent a GOOD 1 bedroom with d kind of facilities u stated in kubwa oo

That might be little hard, but u can get in duste , which is close to d Dawaki, my selfcon in kubwa is 200k which is even cheaper, if u looking for room n parlor in kubwa u need to have like 250k or 300k..

And to think that my friend stays in a very spacious 1 bedroom with a detached store house at navy quarters phase 4 kubwa for N250k/annum and recently had his rent reduced to N200k by his landlord.

I think it has to do with individual landlords sha.....cos I know of someone paying just N80k for a self con in that same phase 4 close to mohammed shop and yet another paying 250k for self con in that same area.
