What it means is that, you have until the expiry date on your visa to be in the UAE. Then upon entering the UAE, your 90 days starts counting.

If the person you sent it to has "Y" as one of his initials, he usually helps people with attestation issues at the embassy, then I must tell you the truth, that's his format. He will eventually get it done, but you have to be on his case. But if he's not the one, then I guess it's their general format. Just mount pressure on whoever...

Well, he is right with his assumption. But to be frank, an applicant needs to be smart enough. There are some situations whereby the interviewer will ask question directly from your contact details and even before you greet him you, he is already throwing you some questions about.....

Qatar has been discussed in here a couple of times. You can check the previous threads for answers on questions you may have as they may have been answered already. Discussion on UAE is higher because it's an easier and cheaper option to explore over Qatar.

Any and every visit visa requires a return ticket, only employment or residence visa holders can book one way flight
