Please my Sisters let's not scold silent readers too much so we will not discourage them from coming to share their BFP testimonies and WIDD with us.

It's still ok too to lovingly encourage them to participate in the discussion here. However everyone should be free to share at their own pace and time.

I don't like to mention names for fear of missing out some names but would love to hear Omojudy it's been a while o. One mama here needs you to help interpret her report.

Please everyone come back. We miss all of you. We need to strengthen one another.

Thanks Omonikiba for stopping by to encourage us. A Mama requested your WIDD. Me too I'm all ears!

Thanks olubankemi for warning us about scammers. I recall reading the honeypie saga you mentioned. She really deceived many the same way fake pastors and prophets are deceiving many people today.

My sisters, we must test every spirit, be as gentle as doves and cunning as serpents.

May God grant all of us speedy supernatural conception and delivery in Jesus's Name. Amen.
Thanks dear.
Thought to come inform anyone who believes in Pastor Chris oyakilome's ministry that healing school will be taking place in Nigeria from the 28 of this month. So they could find the website and register before it is closed.

Good evening the good people of this thread. Just as my moniker implies, i am one curious husband like that. Though my marriage is just 4 months old, but in a way, i have been getting a little paranoid. I just want to be lectured and get enlightened about all this trying to conceive thing. What and what should we start doing as a new couple? I have read people talking about taking folic acid, can Wifey start taking it too?
Though, i am not too particular about Wifey getting pregnant now, but my parents won't stop asking questions and i am trying to avoid them getting to rant about if for long, so i have being coming on strong at them to stop asking. But, we all know what our society is like when it comes to issues like this.

N:B
WIFEY and i did introduction third quarter of last year but we are staying still staying apart till now due to work and all. We only got to see like after one week. Wifey is in her late 20's while i am 30yrs.

I will appreciate advice from good people here, on what we should start doing to make the pregnancy journey a easy one. Thanks in anticipation

hvs is normal, but i would recommend u do day 3 and or day 20 blood work, that will show your ovarian reserve , fsh, lh etc..more informative and conclusive

I will advise you work with a good doctor (gynaecologist) considering your age. All the best.

Good evening my people, such a long time. I congratulate everyone who has gotten their bfp, may you have a safe 9 month and beyond. I couldn't read every page, cos I just get tired. I welcome new mama's and papas here, it shall come to pass.

So started seeing a new doc, my tests came out well, my egg reserve to Gods glory is great. I'll be 37 in a few days time, so was Happy, no prolactin, no hormonal issues. But hubby sperm count was not good. About 10m, and they were slow. It's sad cos we bought fertisan m and he's been using it for the past two months plus, but the thing dropped from 15m to 10m. I know God wants us to testify and give him the glory in the end. The doctor said the only thing is for us to do ivf as iui won't work with the count.

Please people is this true? @ripvank and all, what do you advise. The hospital is Medison women hospital oniru. We dont have 1.6m for Ivf, but i know God will surprise us, cos he has the final say.

Thanks you all, please put us in your prayers...
Only God can grant that success. But then, your chances with the count are very low. Why not try IVF. I got lower quote from DEDA. You may check them out.

@curiousdh ,though it's still early days but its commendable that you want to be proactive. Saves time and issues can be worked on early (if any).

If you want to see a gynaecologist, you can but note that most won't take you serious now except a few private ones.

Yes she can start folic acid once a day.
Since you live apart, you guys can time your meeting (lovemaking) to coincide with her ovulation days. She can use OPKs and/or ovulation tracking in a good laboratory to pinpoint the exact days.

If after some months of doing this well and nothing happens, run some fertility tests in a lab, see a gynae or /try IUI -Intrauterine insemination.
All the best.

Sweet mama, congratulations on the birth of your princess. She shall be a shinning light in her generation and she will grow in God's wisdom and understanding. Just reading you've given birth to an angel, I've not been active for some time. Next shall be twins in Jesus name. Congratulations once again.

Thanks for your time, I really appreciate. See me always thinking is just a touch and go something smiley, I will work the meeting time, more like our meeting have not always been around the ovulation time.
I hope i won't be sounding too inquisitive with my questions? I once asked Wifey if she use to get any of the symptoms that comes with ovulation period nut she said no. Is hope there is no cause to be worried about that, even though i have to task myself already with tracking the ovulation period with her. Thanks

Lol. It's actually touch and go for some lucky couples.
Some others have to plan and try harder.
No cause for alarm if she doesn't see signs. Some have conceived without signs of ovulation so far as they are actually ovulating well.

hi mama's in the house, I complained last weekend that am having serious itching, I went to the pharmacy and brought some drugs, still yet no changes. I later went to a clinic for treatment a matron treated me there, she gave me two injection on Monday and I was relieved. she charged me 13k for a week treatment, drip and injection inclusive . The real problem started on Tuesday, when I went there for the continuation of my treatment, she gave me four injections and two drips, I started having serious back Pain.i left there and went back home, after getting home I couldn't breathe well, with serious back pain. I was rushed to a nearby hospital when the pain got serious, on getting there my blood pressure was too low and there was no pulse. They admitted me there and we were charged 30k , the drip pushed out the malaria in me.,I was discharged on Thursday. please am still feeling the itching I just finished my treatment today. though the malaria has gone but the itching is still there. the doctor wants to charge me 15k for further treatment please help me what can I do to subside the itching. I did pelvic scan on Thursday the results showed mild growth of pid and a bulky uterus with a small myopic fibroid. Am worried please help a sister. ignore my typos

u made some erros, by going to matron and pharmacy..and not lab. now that u hv gone for hvs, go to a hospital with the result, and dpc will prescribe drugs based on the sensitivities of the bacteria

the gynaecologist isn't prescribing drugs she told me to bring 15k for her to get me drugs after collecting 30k from me. Am just sad and depressed I didn't do high vaginal swab I only did pelvic scan and blood sugar because that's was what she told me to do
Are u sure that person is a gynecologist?
Pls go to a govt hospital.
Am even worried about this kind of injection that the said matron gave you that made you breathless. Please and please, take caution.

Patronize a standard laboratory for reliable result. Some of the semen analysis results have seen here are not realistic.
