I knoweth him not. If he is intentionally making inciteful statement on a faceless forum to create division or for amusement in such a sensitive subject matter, then disaster awaits him at his doorstep.

flexyrule:
The people of Enugu should ask the governor where he secured funds from to pay the salaries.
It would be penny wise and pound foolish to get a loan from the bank to pay salaries, considering the crazy interest rate the bank would peg on the loan, especially knowing that the state is in a desperate situation and the governor is trying to use the whole FAAC allocation delay thing to score some cheap political point.

please if I may ask, are local government staff, primary school teachers not among the state civil servants in Enugu, because if they are then the whole Enugu state government paying June and July salary with federal allocation is a mere propaganda. local government staff and primary school teachers in Enugu are yet to be paid June not to talk of July.

Please the reality in Nigeria is different. Go to the state and federal levels, jobs are being created and given out on political grounds without any meaning hence most jobs are just social obligations of the government to engage people.

They don't have the capacity to pay as they hardly generate revenues to pay hence the need for federal allocation and oil money sharing. One way to stop the corruption and get lazy politicians out of the system is to stop the reliance of states on federal allocation via oil money and make all states become self sustaining via restructuring, that way, these men will begin to think and create real jobs to sustain their people.
