Lai Mohd. It's funny but true. His primary job description is information management. Whether it was distorted or one sided, he kept his job description intact. Imagine if going for information disinformation, would you want Lai on your side or against you?

The second craziest one is Dalong. As sports Minister he was outwardly wacko but the National teams didn't complain of unpaid allowances for the first time in a long while.


The third is Fayemi. I saw some of the blue prints for developing our non oil natural resources and it was impressive. The problem was he was trying to bite and chew too much at a time. But he had the ideas. I think the best way to go is pick one or two resources and develop only those to full potential. Like steel and flared gas. Then pick another resource after stabilization etc.


The worse performers will have to be Fashola and Ameachi. They were given expanded Ministerial portfolios and more money. Unto whom much is given, much is expected.

Fashola made so much boast about power as Lagos' Gov. When he became Minister, the entire power grid has collapsed twice already with more likely on the way.

Ameachi has been busy commissioning projects the Goodluck Administration started, negotiated or completed.

Then all the unknown ministers that have done unknown things.

Fashola should be no one on my list, but i think those 3 ministries he's overseeing are too overwhelming for him...I will only score him high for Works...Lagos-Ibadan expressway (a very key route in d country) that has bn left in a devastating condition for years by previous administrations comes to mind.
