There have been litigations on Buhari's certificate ....Many are uneducated about the matter.. The constitution requires education up to school cert level and Buhari's has the certificate of a War College whose education and certificate is higher than WAEC. If Adeleke graduated from a university with a certificate he does not need to show his WAEC certificate. But it appears he did not hence his opponents are insisting on the minimum certificate required by law. Those referring to Buhari's WAEC certificate are ignorant and mischievous or just trying to mislead their idiots....if for instance u did not attend a secondary school but have an ACCA or a ACIS u do not need to show a WAEC certificate..
