so 242billion divided by 200 million population can give individual a million naira? your statistics is out of this world.
a biliion naira can only gives 1000 people one million naira each.so 242billion can only give 242,000 people a million naira each. do your calculation and refer back to me. please note that am not justifying spending 242billion on election. electronic voting by simple development of software application will safe us this cost

the op was wrong and you are wrong aswell. the op said one million per person, but your calculation was one billion per person. why using 9 zeros when you should only use 6 zeros.
