From which country did you get your PhD?
That may be an indicator of where to get a 'good' lecturing job.
However, a number of factors may come to play, but one cannot rule out the ultimate - God's favour.

I'm assuming you don't want a lecturing job in Nigeria.
You should perhaps intensify efforts in first getting a Post-doc outside the country.

Getting a lecturing job in Nigeria is not easy. Even with all the qualifications, you will need reference letter from top Government officials.
