Nigerian constitution stipulates that the party with the majority must produce the NASS leader n of you defect to minority leader do you still have right to be the leader? If saraki obey constitution, he needs to resign being senate President but most of you guys are illiterates who know nothing but abuses.

He said a very funny thing that the Senate president can be removed by 2/3 of the rolling parties vote in the house thereby being a judge in his own case he forgot that during the voting in the house it's not done by d rolling party alone if not what is ike Ekwerenmadu doing as the DSP

It will be easier for the devil to apologize to God and go to heaven than Saraki and Dogara to be impeached.
Most of those in the APC will not even sign for Saraki's impeachment, aside from the PDP members that are solidly on ground.

If They even by crook impeach him which is not possible, the new leadership will not know peace till they are restored back.

Anyone who expects Saraki to still remain in APC is a far worse than the devil.
This man was persecuted for more than 3years, I don't think there's any politician that will survive that kind of torture. At a time I was even scared for him as he was literarily battling from one case to another every other day.

From CCT to Rule forgery, to Arm robbery, to impeachment rumor and all those things.
That guy is a real political MVP.

Saraki is not confused. He is a green snake under under green grass.
He is a very greedy and over ambitious man. These will lead him to his political downfall.

According to Ndume , the two -thirds majority stipulated by the Constitution to remove the President of the Senate or Speaker of the House of Representatives is based on which party the presiding officer belongs to .

Ndume said , “ The removal that the Constitution is talking about is in the party . For example , if he is a member of the APC , it will require two -thirds to remove him. But if he is not a member of the APC, he cannot be the Senate President .

“ The two - thirds that the Constitution is referring to is that since we have elected him by simple majority as we did , we cannot remove him until we have two - thirds . But if he moves to another party , then he should not be the Senate President at all.

How is this Ndume brain working and how did he find himself in the Senate?! Anyway, what do you expect when a mechanic carries the constitution and tries to interpret it himself!

The constitution clearly stated that two-third majority of senators is required to remove the Senate President, Ndume is attempting to twist what is even clear to a lay man!
