LOL WHAT SHOULD HE USE FOR THE PROJECTS IN AN ALL CIVIL SERVANTS STATE. GOVERNORS OF OTHER STATES ALSO HAVE THIS PRIVILEGE BUT CHOSE HOW TO USE WHAT THEY GOT. IF OTHER GOVERNORS WHO WERE BEBFORE HIM HAVE DONE ALL HE JUST DID DURING HIS TENURE, HE WOULD HAVE TAKEN THINGS UP FROM A HIGHER DIFFERENT LEVEL. OSUN IS DIFFERENT AND GROWING NOW.
