You must be able to talk to people convincingly.

The major work is to be able to organize projects for the NGO and this usually involves securing good venues/ locations for the NGO activities and mobilizing people.

All the resources and support needed will be provided...

Qualifications

You must be A MALE

Good command of English and ruggedness

You must stay within PH.

Pay is attractive and increases with results delivery.

This might require some traveling for mobilization.
