OK, let's start from the very first onyour list;
The Aba power station was an IPP project. The project was conceived in 2005; it was part of Obasanjo's IPP projects.

The development of Aba IPP was based on a commercial study and technical audit of the Aba Island conducted in 2005 by the project promoter Geometric Power in collaboration with Power Holding Company of Nigeria and sponsored by International Finance Corporation of the World Bank.

The project was established and funded by Geometric Power limited, it has little to do with Jonathan. Up till today, the project is not yet completed, it was only phase one that was finished in 2014.

I was talking about installed capacity and not generating capacity. Installed capacity is the capacity the power station is designed for. The available capacity is the capacity the power station can generate under uptimal conditions and the generated capacity is the actual power the power stations are generating and capable of distributing.
The highest power Nigeria had ever generated is about 5,200 MWs.
