10. Establishment of Sports Academies in the 10 Federal Constituencies in the state
11. Provision of 15 hectres of land along Eastern Obolo - Mkpat Enin axis for coconut plantation and refinery
12. Mapping out of   85 hectares of land in Eket for refining 100,000 barrels of petroleum per day.
13. Working towards establishment of an automobile assembly plant in Itu
14. Rehabilitation of Peacock Paints in Etinan
15. Reconstruction and conversion of 10th Anniversary Hotel complex for use as government offices.
