Na so we see am o, but fees will reduce dratiscally, creating a better model. But for now Bronx is cheap. For New Jersey, queens, Brooklyn and other far parts with high toll and gas, I might create a WhatsApp group where potential buyers in those far places can split the cost of fuel somewhat so as not to pay the whole fuel costs alone. Most good deals are in far places because few people want to pay toll or drive long distances to buy them.
