My people if anyone calls you, even if it displays bank number just tell them you will fix the issue at your branch and block the number.. OH jeezz so much fraud

The thing is no matter what call or text I received that has to do with my bank details... I ain't releasing, if I got a problem I simply walk to the bank myself. the N500 left in my account mean a lot to me.
Don't you ever give out your bank details to any stupid individual who call you, be it customer care or not. Always resolve every issue at the bank branch.

He requested for my yahoo key. I told him I didn't get any code. Later requested for my jiji authentication imagine over the phone.

I will advise two way authentication, and never share authentication or key with anyone.

Aviod using your main account for online activities as much as possible. Open another solely for such purpose. GTB for instance has the utility card for such purpose
