Nigerians are wiser now.

Apples and oranges. Ben Bruce has always been an Americana entrepreneur. It's a private choice for him to send his child to school abroad or not. Whether he is a senator or not doesn't change his lifestyle and what he can afford. We all know MBGN, we all know Silverbird. We all know STV and Rhythm. Big businesses.

But Buhari really hasn't done anything economically viable to earn enough money to afford that lifestyle of sending children to school abroad or travelling to London to treat every little thing. Was he even doing that before he became president? He has been feeding fat on Nigeria since day one, so there's nothing private about him. He can't claim private entitlement when all his income has been from public funds. Besides, he is the president so he's our top cultural ambassador who should lead by example. No need to abuse Ben Bruce for this.
