A man has been caught in Owerri while attempting to steal a car at the Assumpta Cathedral Church during ordination ceremony of priests.According to report,he neatly dressed like a senior seminarian and entered  the venue but with a sinister motive of robbing the real people who gathered to witness the solemn event.He was meant to kneel down
