I remember a case like this where the woman , a mother of 3 year old twin unfortunately did not report when she noticed these changes and blood stool. Instead she made a video tape and sent to her ex,thinking she's solving the problem. Not knowing is the ex that was abusing the children and the snake of a man turned the tables on her.
