The consequences are
1. You won't get ur call up number
2. You won't be able to print the green card
3. You won't get ur call up letter in due time
The 3k is #stylishly compulsory, you just have to pay

I would have gone with stream 1 but 3k delayed my movement... I even had to pay latar to get my call up number. It's a gentle-compulsion

It might not be late... in my case I paid the following day too, but the high number of ppl reg made it impossible to go with batch B1
