Well, 30 senators cant impeach the Senate President but it might be 30 senators apart from the ones they have down to add up the numbers so as to meet the required 2/3 in whcih case, it becomes legal.

I didn't see anywhere the report says 30 Senators received $1 million dollars. Can someone show me?

About 5 day ago, I read that N150million each was given to senators to impeach Saraki. 2 days ago, another newspaper said N50 million each. Now another source says $1million each. Whatever the case, now is surely a good time to be a 'neutral' Nigerian senator.

If this money was used for development, buhari and his minions would have beat their chest proudly, saying he started and completed a project, maybe, just maybe some people would have considered, but no, they want to pay off people who would approve money easily for them so rigging the election would be very easy.
