I mean, they are the only shipping company in Nigeria that I know will you pay you back the entire money spent on shipping any item as well as the money spent on buying the item back to you, if by any means the products you are shipping through them at Shoptomydoor gets missing or damaged.

This is quite true. I have gotten a refund from them for an item that got damaged when I shipped with them. I didn't even need to pay insurance, apparently that comes free. The company is quite committed to their words. They made sure I got a full refund in 24 hours even though the item was damaged in transit and couldn't possibly be their fault. Even the process of getting the refund wasn't stressful at all. More kudos to them, they're doing great.

You can only trust shoptomydoor when it comes to shipping from the US, I've used them 6 times and they have never failed in delivering excellently to my door. Shoptomydoor assure the safety of your item when shipping

For real? Is the shoptomydoor 24 hours refund on large items like car engine? Recently my hubby had a bad experience with one shipper and lost a lot of money. If this new story is true that will be good news to him. We need correct shippers like shoptomydoor for our auto-part business.

I have been skeptical of using shoptomydoor but with these great reviews I’m seeing, It is best I try them out because I have lost a lot from US with other shipper in the past with no form of compensation or even empathy.
I hope this is all true though.

True. The fact that they can do a refund in 24 hours is enough assurance that items will be shipped right to your door. I am not sure of any company that can take up such challenge in Nigeria. IT'S QUITE IMPRESSIVE

So i got a referral from my friend to ship from a trusted organisation shoptomydoor. I was really skeptical at first, however can you blame me? i tried shipping a laptop with some agents and i got scammed. However a trial with shoptomydoor convinced me beyond measures. I am thrilled with this refund, you want to know why? i have been so scared of using the ocean shipping method because i dont want my items missing in transit and i have to reorder. True, I am aware of the refund thing with Shoptomydoor although I have never had any of my items damaged or missing. I am sure for that damage to occur it must be something beyond shoptomydoor's control, for over a year I have been shipping with Shoptomydoor, the packaging has always top notch. Sometimes I wonder how much times they put in the packaging. The items they delivered to me and those that I picked up has been excellent.

Every shipping company offer shipping insurance for the goods they freight. they may not make as much noise as shoiptomydoor about it, but if you go through their terms and conditions you would find it there. It is part of the fundamental requirements to be a freight forwarder and you can not register as a freight forwarder in the UK or USA or any other country outside Nigeria to ship goods out of their ports without the necessary documentations which must included provision of shipping insurance. An individual can also purchase additional insurance for their goods at very small cost.

Shoptomydoor has offices in the various countries they operate out of, but yet if you have any dispute they require you to have your dispute settled in the United States. Thats says a lot.... Unless you have the means, capability and time... shoptomydoor would walks away with whatever bone they decide to throw at you and you would have no other option available and therefore loose...

I have personally used shoptomydoor and i can surely say that their services has improved tremendously. The fact that i can shop on different platforms and save up to 60% of what MyUS, Fedex, DHL and others charge is amazing. I have my peace of mind because i get a 100 percent refund if anything happens to my item. I will recommend them any day anytime.

Am surprised to hear this. For me, Shoptomydoor has always surpassed my expectations by giving me value for my money,peace of mind while waiting for my equipments to arrive the country and the most I love about them is how they save me money on regular basis with the consolidation they did for me. Most of my DJ friends who usually feeI reluctant to shop abroad now buy from the US more than me, and that is the confidence I have with this company Shoptomydoor. Well i have seen that there are the good and bad sides and for now i ABSOLUTELY TRUST SHOPTOMYDOOR. They have improved over the years, and just like every other business, there is no perfect one. Weigh your pros and cons and do as you please. Shoptomydoor seems well established, i have read so many attacks on them and i also see the efforts they make to turn things around. Like you said there are so many others but i have had my fair share of hurtful transactions with some other shipper. For me and me oh I AM STICKING WITH SHOPTOMYDOOR. They are the best so far. I will recommend Shoptomydoor any day, any time. I have used DHL and the experiences were all terrible. The shipping cost by DHL were so high i almost ran mad, not to talk of the fact that they had other hidden charges. I kept using them just because of name, but i lost so much money using those people, they don't even care about you unlike how Shoptomydoor treats since i got them to handle my business. If this good experience i am getting at shoptomydoor is hype then it means they can only get better cos right now i have peace of mind with shoptomydoor. I live in Abuja and they deliver right to to me in Maitama.

Hmmm.... Shoptomydoor is by far the best shipping company I have seen around. My friend who introduced me had a delay and was perfectly handled as promised. I never had any issue for over 3 years I have been with them. I wonder why you can't go to resolve your case amicably but resulted to a forum. Well it your decision, no better company than shoptomydor when it comes to shipping to Nigeria from US. They are my definition of peace of mind

Honestly, I love the way they handle those tough times. They update you, call you and act like they could have carried the load on their heads to you in Nigeria. Too customer focused and down to earth , not in any way like all those other ones that will be forming too busy, too much money and customers to care about you sef. I have seen hell before with DHL so i know that Shoptomydoor is over good oh. I used to be sacred of business that don't have big names before but mehn Shoptomydoor don change my orientation.

I don’t think it is right to bring down someone’s name down because of one bad experience forgetting the number of times they have been good to you. Shoptomydoor has been up and doing this year compared to other shipping companies. I know they have little issues with delays and all that but it is not often. They will even keep you updated when such arises. They combine and save plus free 21days storage is nothing any shipping company can offer you. Their refund policy is also great, they don’t give you flimsy excuses once you have a missing or damage item. They refund you the declared value once they verify your claim. Shoptomydoor is just the best. Thumbs up to the team. I’m surprised a Nigerian company can provide such amazing service

tbn, you are very correct. I am really impressed with shoptomydoor, their services is top-notch. I have used several shipping companies in the past but I must say Shoptomydoor beat them to it. I have referred many of my friends to shoptomydoor and their experience so far have been wonderful. My items are always delivered safely and in good condition and even if there is an issue (which rarely occur) they would always find a way to resolve it Asap. so so impressed.

Their combine and save service is something you can’t get elsewhere as I have personally saved a lot with it.
