Itel p12 is a frustrating phone. I have never tried itel phones before and this first time is a disappointment. The phone is just too slow to touch response, switch between apps, lauching etc. The battery charging rate is too slow; takes forever to gain charge. Just got it last week here in Akure and I blame myself. The retailer themselves were discourteous at customer relations upon complaint. This is not a way to progress.

Never again.

Thanks for your response. What should I expect by sending you an email? My complaint is what I have put down here and you, being a representative of the brand in question, stumbled upon it. I will appreciate any help you can render. And if I may suggest, I would love to have this phone replaced for one with higher ram size. Thanks.

I changed d touchpad and it broke d next day without falling down

Thanks for the enlightening. Changing font has bricked my previous mobile phones. That's why I want to know how safe it might be on my tab.

I got Prime 4 Itel 5weeks ago but my disappointment is that the screen has started blinking seriously as it's loosing power, it hanged 2weeks ago. On Saturday 26th may, it went off and it took lots of effort to revive it. This is my first Itel gadget l ever use, because I just wanted to try new thing but its really frustrating.

good day sir,pls sir I have a problem with my newly purchase itel p12, when charging it withing 45min to 1hr, it will switch off on it own when the phone is on and while it switch of it will not charge and secondly I wanted to update the phone with my data but after finishind download it will tell me an error. at this junction,what is the way out because the phone was purchase last week friday.

Itel make terrible phones and batteries, especially the low end ones, just flooding the market with trash. I have bought 3 Android and 2 low end for myself and children in the last 2 years, all different types, all thrash. Have since ported to FERO.

My itel S32 charges charges very slowly. I haven't had my battery upto 70℅ in a long time . Pls you guys should fix this. It's really frustrating

If you are not using an original charger that might be the case.
Otherwise there's a possibility that the battery is past half life.
