Buhari ran a policy of non-interruption into affairs of agencies under him and that was his greatest undoing. In his bid to let them remain independent they became hijacked by sly and desperate politicians like saraki, he struck deals with them and they worked together secretly. Remember in the past when buhari said he was un aware of some issues? Thats because, these spies made it so to make him appear incompetent and weaken his influence.
They had a well orchestrated plan targeting 2019 election, we are just seeing these plans in action

Trump has majority of his party in both houses but he still has frictions with them

Obama had the same problem with Paul Ryan and Mitch

But unlike this underdeveloped $hithole called Nigeria, both Obama and Trump have to NEGOTIATE with the Congress to reach a COMPROMISE

You win some, lose some and compromise a lot

That is how Obama got some of his bills through, and same for trump

But does that happen in Nigeria?

With all the accusations and counter accusations many would be fooled but I am convinced this had nothing to do with APC, if there is a plot to impeach the senate president why was it that no single APC senator was present at the assembly complex, they were also not invited for the emergency meeting that was to happen. All I see is a work by saraki to cause confusion in the polity.

According to the constitution to remove a senate president, his deputy or speaker of house of rep or his deputy you do not need all the members of the house to impeach anyone, what you need is a forum of senators who legally hold a meeting according to law and 2/3 of that meeting can impeach whoever is in power.

Note: when the election of the senate president was to take place not all senators where present. Section 52 sub section 2c of the 1999 constitution states this clearly. You don't need all the senators seating to either elect or remove their principal members.

All that is happening is just politics. To fool the populace and gain cheap empathy from the populace for their cause.

All these men are only fighting for their individual pocket and not for the populace. Simple

I won't completely dismiss the OP's assertion..

Some of us recall the various shenanigans that were purported ordered by Buhari (as a military head of state), such as the seizure of a prominent Oba's passport, the invasion of OBJ's home etc, were actually ordered by IBB (then Buhari's Chief of Army Staff) and his boys in order to tarnish Buhari's image.
