he have to make do with what he has, if somebody can provide a car for him now, he will no longer quiz those children on okada like this again.

if it so then he should have applied family planning ...who knows if some of his children are still at home I mean the remaining ones.


This is the simple definition of family planning : Giving birth to "controllable" number of children.

GiVing birth within the means of your income..
The emphasis is on CONTROLLABLE..

If you cannot feed your child you gave birth to you have not and cannot CONTROL that child cos he will either eat outside or steal food to eat ...either ways he becomes a nuisance to you and the society at large .

If you cannot train you child to school or better still acquire some skill the resultant negative effect of the aforementioned comes to play ..

I could go on and on..

I totally agree with the gentleman above that he is endangering the lives of those children ..that's the truth.
