The state should grant him pardon, that prison is a hellish place.. If papa had money he would have bribed his way out of that place .That's how corrupt these prison officials are .

I agree. This doesn't look like a premeditated murder to me. Given his age, the governor should consider releasing him on compassionate grounds. Nigerians are fond of fabricating elderly peoples' age, though!
