I'm an author, i do research on the damn thing for a living. What you are hinting at is key to many Mafia money laundering schemes but here is the catch.... everything has a sensible limit. When the FBI or IRS flags such transfers even once, an investigation is launched. There's another way it is done though, the lawyer buys properties with his own money and in his own name but soon the whole ends up in another identity. Trust me, I've seen them all.
