I'm a fresh graduate, passed outta NYSC recently. I 'cooked' up a nice CV (trust me) but I've not been getting invitation(s) from any recruiter I've been sending it (CV) to. Could it be as a result of NO experience aside the Clarion call experience? NB: I finished with 2:1 |

You'll get invites, just keep trying. |

There's every link that you've been using the same CV for all your applications. HRs of today do not have time to scrutinize these CVs, rather they make use of what is called an ATS that is based on picking and relating keywords between the job description and what your CV entails. Suffice to say that, among all thrash I've been saying, HR uses a computerized sifter and if your CV does not contain keywords that have been programmed into the application tracking system software, your CV won't meet the required pass rate to get an invite. Lastly, please not that your not getting invites isn't solely due to your inexperience or poor CV outlays, it could be that they just don't feel you required the adequate requirement. I hope I've made little explanation. shoms231: |

shoms231:Hello... I'm in the same fix. However, if it's cool with you, we could exchange CVs for inspection & input. I'd really love to have an opinion on mine. I'd reply you once I get your mail, icartzneh at gmail.com |
