If Lawal was to mean business like I assumed, he will proceed on the impeachment process and let the court what the law mean by "two-thirds majority of the members of that house. Court will explain if that clause mean the ⅔ of the 109 members or ⅔ of the ⅓ sitted. By then he would have gone and the legal battle can go on.

When saraki fraudulently became senate president what number got him in?

He was brought in by 57 senators sitting at that time.

Right now APC senators are 54 and all that is needed is all 54 sitting and 2/3 of that 54 passing an impeachment notice on him QED.
