It's now a cliché to new entrants and old vehicle users that if you want a car that is cheap, easy to maintain and fuel economical that you should go for camry or anything Toyota. Everyday, we hear and see people's Toyota cars (especially camry) stolen. I created this thread to compare these cars in terms or reality and not "dem say" or my mechanic say.
Let's compare these cars in terms of
1.) Price of shock absorbers.
2.) Price of break lads.
3.) Engine and gear prices.
4.) Fuel pumps price
5.) Anything else fuel consumption, how much to get a clean Nigerian used (tokunboh fit high because of exchange rates).

Which amongst these cars is preferable in terms of durability, cost of maintenance, fuel consumption and on-the-road performance.

W202 C180 it is. Apart from the ride dusting the Camry, you will also be free from vandals and theft. The camry tiny light is prone to that.

Not funny. Sad, more like. The C Class is 10x the Camry and is a better car in pretty much all aspects but oh well.

What about the periodic replacement of wiring harness I learnt about in another thread? How can they make a car which has wiring that expires?

Kindly throw more light on this.
