Ozil isn't offering anything on that RW - he probably has to move into the "hole".

Lacazette needs to come on abeg

We are making a total mess of our attempt to play from the back and that is putting a lot of pressure on the defenders and considering Cech is not exactly good with his feet, it is only a matter of time before disaster happens.

In transition we have looked dangerous but have been unable to string the right pass to create a good scoring chance. I hope I see Torreria very soon. We need to bring some stability to that middle.

Pep is loading the middle with his wing backs as usual and moving his wingers wider and that has been our struggle defensively.

Brave decision by Emery to start Guendouzi. I am really hoping the kid comes through for us.
A word of advice; tell Emery that Guendouzi is not ripe enough to start these sort of matches. I focused on him all through this half and noticed that he's sluggish, lacks pace or the strength of Torreira and most annoyingly, doesn't close down opposition players to stop them from shooting. He's still young and can improve, but for now, he's below average.

Nobody at Arsenal had the guts to have sacked Wenger. His leaving was part of the agreement when he signed a two year extension. Hence the appointment of Mislintat and Sanllehi.
Wake up from that dream. Even Weelchair confirmed he's SACKED. Stop deceiving yourself.

Just put it simple : He is playing like a younger version of Elneny, using his eyes to mark. He just dey mark players inside his head, not marking them on the pitch

I think he started well but the pressure of playing against a big team led to wayward passing which is typically because of the hesitation of his youth. I agree he should have covered Sterling better but I think he has shown some positives with his work rate and it would be unfair to be too hard on him.

I expect a better second half if Emery makes the right changes. We are one goal down and luckily so and that means we can still get a result from this match.

Özil is absolutely useless as a RW. He gets no pace hence you can't expect him to track back and still able to join the Attack as quick as possible.

Ramsey is a complete waste as a No. 10. He offered nothing spectacular in the first Half, hope he's replaced and özil moves to the No. 10.

Emery needs to change the Formation to 4 - 4 - 2 (diamond Midfield Shape). Özil at the Tip, Douzi at the Base, Xhaka and Mkhtaryan on the right and left Wings respectively, then Laca comes in for Ramsey to partner Auba upfront.

Finally, Cech ain't a type that plays from the Back. He's not a good ball-playing Keeper, perhaps Emery can try out Leno with the Tactic in the subsequent Match.

I'm not too hard on him, that's why I used his age to excuse some of his lapses in concentration. The positives are there, but as a coach, I'll start him against the Huddersfields of EPL to boost his confidence.

I won't be surprised if we lose. I mean it is Man City against our new team. I just need people playing with their hearts.

i don’t see why we have to stick with him when we have better options on the bench. This is a high profile game ffs.
