Other firms that have also shown interest in flying drones in Kenya include Facebook and the Red Cross.

Uber wants to build cars that can fly, with plans to launch an aerial taxi service by 2020. It has signed a deal with National Aeronautics and Space Administration to develop the service.

“Uber has requested if we can allow them to test their drone taxi that can carry up to four passengers,” said Mr Kibe, pointing out that Kenya will look into their request and see if it can be allowed in the country.

The McFly.aero blockchain project has started to set up the infrastructure for air taxis service in 23 cities in 13 countries, including Nairobi.

It's kinda hard to predict Nigeria, but going by a general trend I see things getting better... less corruption, stronger institutions, better healthcare, robust transportation system... Going by vibes given from the likes of Dangote, I see Nigeria having some sort of rapid industrialization in the near future... Nigeria still does have a crack at being 1st/2nd world in the next 30 years... But of course, I could be wrong... Nigeria might remain 3rd world and eventually split up..

In places like Cape Town, blacks have lower standards of living like worse housing(shacks) and it seems sort of segregated... Plus the levels of poverty between whites and blacks is abysmal...
