Please , who knows if IE pays after the two weeks training as an ESR. While I was with the bank, we were paid a stipend every week for the weeks we were trained

They won't pay for the two weeks training program but your salary starts counting the day u signed your offer letter...

Got a Regret Mail too...I actually did well for the 1st stage Interview and perfectly answered their questions rightly, dont really know what happened to their decision after coming back from their Strike. I fink the resolution after the strike was not favourable...cos those Union Complained about massive recruitment bla bla bla... Buh it is well sha[color=#000099][/color]

I had my first stage interview on Thursday August 2nd, 2018.

Some new intakes are undergoing training for two weeks. They started the day before yesterday. I presume they want to get done with them first before attending to those that will be invited for second stage interview. My opinion o!
