obataokenwa:don't jump and pass o. thousands of people move to Lagos from all over the country daily. do you want tinubu to build an office at the toll gate where such people will be given money for proper business? or you want tinubu to employ them? how is tinubu wicked cos you saw a woman selling something is hold up? I stayed in cross River and akwa ibom. akwa ibom collects more from FG than Lagos and people still sell things in traffic. how is tinubu wicked? how did he enslave them? |

ifiokjohn:yes. I did business in akwa ibom for over a year (early 2014-late 2016) and I know the state is developing. but what do we say about states like bayelsa with high allocation and nothing to show for it? |

Jaideyone:sir bayesa will get better little by little, akwa ibom was not like this 10 years ago and today it is one of the fastest growing state in the country if not the fastest already. |
| Re: The True State Of Lagos Light Rail Marina Axis - Photos by Jaideyone(m): 7:28pm On Aug 13, 2018 |

How this topic got to FP is baffling to me. This is August and the OP chooses to use his latest knowledge from March to refute the progress stated on a previous thread? Of course there’s been progress made since then. |

Jaideyone:Can you argue without resorting to insults? Did I insult you? Let's try to have a civilized discussion please. |
| Re: The True State Of Lagos Light Rail Marina Axis - Photos by Jaideyone(m): 8:55pm On Aug 13, 2018 |
obi58:saying you have comprehension issues is not an insult. it's the outright truth. we are talking about poor lagosians and you are talking about completion date of the light rail and the money spent on it so far. you missed the point |
| Re: The True State Of Lagos Light Rail Marina Axis - Photos by obi58: 9:40pm On Aug 13, 2018 |
Jaideyone:I don't know why you feel you need to be antagonistic and plain rude to make a point. Speaking about issues, you clearly have a major issue with expressing yourself civilly without resorting to insults like an uncouth person. Yes you guys were digressing from the topic of the thread with you resorting as usual to your stock in trade insults on an inconsequential tangent which was why I intervened with facts to draw your attention back to the major bone of contention: The Lagos light rail project. If you can't comprehend that, then who then has the comprehension issues? |
| Re: The True State Of Lagos Light Rail Marina Axis - Photos by Jaideyone(m): 9:51pm On Aug 13, 2018 |
obi58:we digressed and who made you the mod? I said you have comprehension issues and that is absolutely right cos you were busy taking the argument you weren't even part of to another direction. I didn't insult you in anyway. I only called a spade a spade so how am I not being civil? digression or not people have the right to debate whatever angle of the news they want. so you spammed my mention with your unwanted links to call my attention back to a conversation I purposely digressed from? you are not as intelligent as you are trying so hard to appear |

AutoReportNG:20 years of APC continuity by Tinubu, Fashola and Ambode has failed to build just one small light rail. 16 years of waste by PDP built the Abuja metro and the Kaduna-Abuja railways, now completed by Buhari. Buhari who cancelled Jakande’s metro project in 1984 and paid $75 million penalty. Buhari, Tinubu, Fashola and APC have also failed to complete the Lagos-Ibadan express road built by Jonathan and PDP. Na who continuity of APC epp ![]() |

Jaideyone:If you don’t have comprehension issues, please provide the source of the 25m Lagos population census. The last census of 2006 gave Lagos state less than 10m behind Kano state. In the 2015 elections, almost double the number of voters in Lagos voted in Kano. So stop your fake news of 25m Lagosians if you have no credible source to back it up |

Teewhy2:Buhari completed the Abuja metro and the Kaduna-Abuja railways built by the PDP of 16 wasted years. Buhari completed the EFCC headquarters also in Abuja. Buhari has failed to complete the Lagos-Ibadan express road. The same Buhari cancelled Jakande’s metro project in 1984 and Ambode could only invite him to commission an incomplete bus stop. Do you think that Buhari is applying his 97% vs. 5% to determine what projects from his predecessor to complete and which ones to abandon ![]() |

seguno2:lol so you really believe Lagos is less populated than Kano? your ignorance is factory fitted. well here's the 2018 estimatePredicting the 2018 population of Lagos is not easy but we can get the idea after analysing the population from the year 2013 – 17. As we have seen that each year the population increases by approximate 1.42 Million people. To conclude it, the population of Lagos in 2018 is estimated to be 22 Million + 1.42 Million = 23.42 Million. The population in the year 2018 for Lagos is 23.42 Million.http://populationof2018.com/lagos-population-2018.html and how does difference in opinion of estimated population figures mean comprehension issues? you are a clown ![]() |
