Is this what Democracy has become in Nigeria? where parties has suddenly become factional cult groups plotting against each other?

No one talks about good governance, less than a year to elections and there are no plans for the tenure they are even aspiring to contest for. APC is yet to account for this tenure and clearly no plans for the next and they're oblivious to this. PDP on the other hand have no clue whatsoever on what to do or who would even do this.

This country is just a big joke, this time in Jonathan's era, we already has promises, plans and agendas... intellectual debates and arguments. There was still a form of sanity in the process but its all chaos now and childish uncultured political tantrums.

I weep for Nigeria.

People are battling cancer, bereavement, trauma, hunger and poverty, envious people and bitter family matters
And these politicians are fighting to ensure their stomachs their gods remain fed and fat
Politicians do not battle to remain in power to ensure their projects (if they have any) are fully completed and not truncated by new politicians/governments
They do not fight to ensure killings in the communities in their states
They don't battle corruption, malpractice and contract inflation or rigging
No oooooo, they fight for dominance, political relevance and power tussle
Shame on bad people
Shame on bad politicians
Shame on bad followers
Shame on their supporters and those who condemn and ridicule and hush people who speak against them (whether sincerely or for personal motives). If they deserve rebuke, don't justify them, tell them.

Pls kindly read the constitutional requirements for electing principal officers of the house. It says simple majority. While removal requires 2/3 of the members.
