It will only be right if the Senate does the same thing by declaring Akpabio's seat vacant which clearly falls within the ambit of the circumstance under which a legislative seat CAN be declared vacant as there's clearly no factions within the PDP unlike the APC which is obviously fictionalised both at the state and Federal levels.
