There's what you call "deployment" in the scheme and this works in such a manner as to ensure national integration. They post/deploy you outside your state of residence or origin, in most cases, OUTSIDE YOUR ZONE.

NORTHERNERS ARE POSTED SOUTH AND VICE VERSA.

Therefore, you are more likely to find an Igbo or Yoruba man serving in the core North and likely to find a Housa or Fulani man serving down South.

So, that gentleman your pouring your hate on because you just hate northerners, might actually be your brother from the same village as you or your tribesman.
