I think Guendouzi passes better hence his playing deeper than Torriera who tackles better.
the problem with us is no body wants to collect ball from the lad.
I also like the fact that with his mistakes he didn't let that affect his game, he was cech saviour that day because he gave cech options to pass unlike mustafi and Sokratis both ran away mehn grin.
I'm having this confidence we will get better

D. Ospina has joined Napoli on loan with Napoli having a choice to buy and make the move permanent at the end of the season.

Wishing him all the best.

Özil just 5 Premier League assists off Paul Scholes, despite playing 356 games less. Calm down guys

Honestly.
Ozil is the kind of player with little contribution in a match but they can be very significant.

Every player have their style and fans should learn to handle that. For Ozil, don't expect him to 'shine' if the team isn't up to it. If you are not going to hold the ball don't expect Ozil to chase for you. Give him the ball and run into space he will surely find you.

Arsenal fans mentality towards their players is really disgusting. We criticize a lot, expect big out of nothing.

Take Giroud for example, we criticized him till he left, now we envy him because he has gone to Chelsea. Hope he takes it easy when we meet. smiley
I was just praying Ramsey doesn't leave because we will soon envy him too.

You are a big fool comparing Ozil with Scholes as if they play the same position.

Envy Giroud? Maybe u are the only arsenal fan who envys him.

Truth be told Giroud has been the same ol' Giroud. Nothing has changed since he moved the other side. He remains the striker who prefers to pass often times than shoot. He prefers setting other players up rather than shooting all by himself being the striker.

You see myself and other people criticize him because we hate to see a striker passing in the box instead of shooting.

Believe me, I value Adebayor more than I will ever Giroud. Why? Cos Adebayor doesnt wait for the ball to fall to his head before he makes attempt at goal. No be hold up play we go chop. Let Giroud just enjoy his new club

Giroud has become a key player both at Chelsea and French NT. All these despite the treatment he got from Arsenal fans. He has even shown he is better or more preferable than the likes of Morata and Lacazette.

Envy here refer to the fact that he actually got a better club and won the WC.

Not everyone smokes like you, so stop comparing your sense with mine.

Not every player had a shot on goal, not every player was picked in all the games, yet you pick out Giroud as if football is all about shots on goal. Stupid, FFS, there are other forms of contributing to team success like giving assists or assisting the assistant. He won the WC, not as a bench warmer but as a major player.

If you brain can't decode this please don't quote me.

Which one be assisting the assistant again?

See ehn, as far as playing in the position of a striker is concerned, Giroud is shiiite.

Players like pavard who is nowhere near a striker, 19 year old Mbappe will all be remembered for their strike in key matches that defined the world cup winner, while Giroud is being remembered and will continually be remembered as a striker who never had a shot on goal at the world cup finals. A record nobody will want to break.

Then u've not been on the ashawo thread to read about people dieing and coming back to this world to do ashawo grin grin

But on a serious note, Giroud at Chelsea is Giroud at Arsenal...nothing has changed....It's not like he's been taking long range shots or taking on defenders one on one...neither has he out run any defender and slot the ball home. So the issue of jealousy the guy was talking about beats my imagination. As if Martersacker wasn't at arsenal when he won the world cup and still remain the glo-network-powered defender he has always been

Pretty easy, no surprises. Again, Bellerin is caught chasing ghosts higher up the pitch. There is a fundamental lack of communication at the back.

The same start to the game against City last week. We are being carved into pieces with Chelsea passing even from deep.
