Good question. I am all for being fit and healthy but, anybody who's looking for life satisfactions based on what s/he weighs on the scale is in for a huge disappointment. I was comfortable in my own skin when I weighed 180lbs with 6 packs and I am still very comfortable with my body even now that I am weighing close to 260lbs with 1 pack.
