please house I just got an interview invite from Inter-Arc consultants limited. I don't know if the company is genuine. please anybody with useful informatiom about this company should help me out,please.

Inter arc is in Benin they are into job consulting. It is real but they consult for low level jobs so if you want to get something doing for a start you should check it out.

Inter-arc consultants or Interarc Consultants or whatever.
I just went for the interview.
After very long sensible talk by the big man on an untidy polo, it was time for interview.
Most interviewees looked more professional than the interviewer himself.
I guessed it was a kind of ploy and waited for the interview proper.
When it was my turn, the interviewer asked me my qualification and years of experience and my minimum pay expectations.
Then directed me back to the crowded reception, where a very slim shapely small lady told me to fill out a form and bring N1500 (one thousand five hundred naira). She said I must pay b4 I fill the form.

I hid my shock succefully and maintained a relaxed demeanor. I told her I have to go get the money since I have no extra 1500 with me.
She asked me to go withdraw from the bank the manner you'll will ask a nice kid that thanked you after eating to go and wash his plate.
So I jejely and nicodemusly left and disappeared.

Na wa for criminals masquerading as recruiters.

By asking for money from your applicants you show you do not value them much and you're ready to cheat on your employees. There's a word called integrity. 2k is nothing. But integrity is everything. Good name is greater than gold.

Interarc is already making a bad name for itself by asking for a sum from applicants.

By so doing you'll not only loose the best applicants you'll loose integrity which is important factor in success. Also remember that the applicant will be your staff member later who you'll make legal margin off his salary as per oitscourcing thing.
So the asking for money is just stupid, counterproductive, foul, dumb, archaic, silly, base... I would learn more words qualify it.
