Factor in rentals, government regulatory licence fees, staff payment etc. Look for movie industry partners - you must have a licence to show their movies. They've a cut on every ticket sold or any other arrangements you have with them. It's a huge project bro.

Funny how clueless all of you guys are. Please ignore I think your budget Is enough. They are sizes of projectors . the LPs which uses lamps and the lesser projectors ( these are expensive ). They've got them in sizes too we have 10s 6e and so on you don't have to go full on its always safe to start small and grow.. you can always get a 6e barco projector and latter get bigger ones

You can always partner with other cinemas have them as the movie distributors and just ride with the wave instead of trying to be a distributor your self

700 million is way enough... You can always walk into a cinema speak to a manager and forget all of these guys dropping numbers and emails here and there.. bring up a topic and suddenly everyone is a pro in the subject

A cinema on the beach will be very cozy and will be very inviting to a lot of young folks on the island and mainland of Lagos and this will be very unique because of the environment.

With my influence; we will be getting the land cheap and properly documented directly from the King.
