When last did you upgrade your device software? The last time I had issues with accessing my play store, that was what I did. From settings -> about device -> software updates.

Sako charger is scarce now but a 4 phase charger like a suoer battery charge will do just fine!

It's outdated, that's why it isn't opening. Use your google browser to download the lastet version of the play store. NB, the play store app is not in play store, if you know what I mean. Lol

Thanks I have done that already but the wahala is that it could not load Google app store and other apps store such as mobo market is not there on the app store of the phone
