OBJ was perpetually outside of Nigeria during his first term but never for once handed over to Atiku. Even Yaradua who was rushed to Germany at the point of death never handed over power to Jonathan. When the supplementary budget of year 2009 was passed by the national assembly, it was parcelled to his sick bed for signature as Jonathan was not considered good enough to sign it.

Reverse is the case however under a president they want us to believe is a tyrant. It was the same osinbajo that signed the 2017 appropriation bill into law. Last year, he signed about 5 bills into law and he has just signed another three. This is how to know a truly democratic leader. Not one phantom hero who never allowed his vice to flourish.
