I'll be honest with you.
1. You're still up for the job. Since you weren't rejected till now. That one is non contestable
2. You won't do training this year. They've batched you in a later pool. So you can get a gig that'll keep you busy till next year. If by then you still want to go through with it they'll mail you eventually.

Hi I don't think access bank is the only coy that keeps applicants waiting for long. Besides it can be very short for some, while long for others. So it's up to the person who wants to wait. Besides, if it was that easy why haven't you started working elsewhere while waiting for access.
I like your opinion of you suggesting to the guy to find something doin while pursuing access if he still wants to work there. Don't discourage anyone pls, let them make the choice themselves.
